Dimitri Amor, CPM, RMP, CAPS, PMC, CWMAs the Director of Property Management, Dimitri oversees multiple property portfolios of various property types, as well as some of the company’s operations.
Dimitri brings over 15 years of property management experience in single-family, multi-family, industrial, commercial, and manufactured housing.
Dimitri is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a Resident Management Professional (RMP), a designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), a designation from the National Apartment Association (NAA). Dimitri also obtained the Property Management Certification (PMC), a certification from the California Association of Realtors, and is a Certified Water Manager (CWM).
