Property Supervisor

Oscar started his career with JD Property Management, Inc. as a Property Supervisor and brought great knowledge and expertise in the Maintenance arena. Oscar helped the City of Santa Ana with the well known South Minnie St Rehabilitation Project which is known to be one of the largest rehabilitation neighborhoods in the city of Santa Ana and was a joint effort of city officials, police, non- profits and building owners.

He is also accredited to managing 300 units for Orange Community Housing Corporation and overseeing the rehabilitation project for the El Toro Marine Base that offered an opportunity to work closely with local, state and federal government officials.

Oscar was an On-site Residential Property Manager for 5 years and managed a total of 112 units. During this time he became a leasing manager for another 200 units, he learned accounting, Human Resources, Risk Management, Safety/Training Compliance and was attending Cal State University Fullerton. He earned his Criminal Justice degree on 2004.

As a Property Supervisor, Oscar specializes in Single Family Residence, Multi Family-Apartments, Homeowner's Associations, Cooperatives, Non-profits, C.H.D State Funded Historic Buildings, Mentally Disabled Housing, Shelter Plus program, Section 8, Section 236, HOME programs, Senior Housing, Low Income Housing, Commercial Buildings, Medical Facilities & Mobile Home Parks.

Oscar is a Licensed REALTOR® and most recently obtained the highly recognized designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) presented by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
